WASHINGTON ― Tens of thousands of federal government probationary workers fired in recent weeks as part of President Donald Trump's sweeping cuts to the federal workforce must be reinstated immediately, federal judges in California and Maryland ordered Thursday.

Just love it!!!!!!!!

Oh no, a couple lower court judges hate Trump, what a shock.

Don't be silly, Kier, what is it with you and the word hate, it's schoolboyish...🙄

To many sane folk, including, no doubt, judges, think your hero Trump is a fool with dictator ambitions, the fool employing a non-American to sack hundreds of loyal workers, upset most of the world with ridiculous tariffs, the fool that will fluck-up the country, though I don't think his foolery will last his 4 years, I think we are heading for a watch this space era, which will include Loony Musk.........:whistling:

Typical attempt at making it personal. You got any threats or other evidence to show that these jurists hate Trump?

Not as ignorant as you na na na.

Lower court rulings mean nothing in cases like this.

None of the cases have been concluded with a determination that the Administration has acted illegally.

You characterized the judges as saying something. They didn't just say something. They actually made a ruling. That's called adjudication. You denied that adjudication took place. You got it wrong.

Why is it important that the "public" be able to fact-check his claims?

One word.  TRANSPARENCY.

No need to lie about it.

As I pointed out to someone else who defended the 8 billion figure, if you were promised a$5000 weekly paycheck and instead got $5, would you consider that your employer had been basically truthful?
