Thailand Cracks Down on Shady Massage Parlours
Here's what is really going down. The Thai government is going to use a carrot, not a stick. They are offering certifications. Well, some stick - my guess in the near future, in order to use the term "Nuat Thai" on your establishment, the owner will need to be certified by the government to a certain level and their staff will also need to be certified to minimum standards. What you may see if they implement this is the police notifying massage establishments that they have a year to comply with certification or else they must take the term "Nuat Thai" off of their signage. Which actually may not be a bad thing. If you certify the owner will be able to print the term "Nuat Thai" or "นวดไทย" or "Certified Traditional Thai Massage" on their signs. With the certification, these massage shops can then charge a higher price for services minus Happy Endings. It's gonna be all about the wording on signs. Nothing much else really. Well, imho. -

The worst lie the left spread…
Asylum seekers have to be assessed to be recognised as refugees for entry to the US. Where are they being processed and how many permitted entry to the US out of the millions around the world? It is nonsense to claim qualified refugees are permitted to enter the US; the US has an annual quote allocated for refugees entry. When trump was last in power he dramatically reduced the allocation. Current allocation: in 2017, President Obama set a ceiling of 110,000, but President Trump reduced it to 50,000 through an executive order after taking office. https://usafacts.org/answers/how-many-refugees-come-to-the-us/country/united-states/ It is incorrect to claim no legislation required to block asylum seekers entering the US as they are permitted by the UN refugee Convention to which the US is a signatory, unless the US has already passed relevant domestic legislation. -

DHS Shuts Down Internal Watchdog Agencies Advocating for Immigrants
Illegals are criminals and not US citizens. IMO they have no right to "rights" in the first place. Pandering to illegal criminals is woke and if it's gone, good job. Seems to be a cohort of posters on here that think the rest of the world has a right to come and live in the US if they manage to cross the border. Would that Thailand was as easy to go live in- I'd be turning up on a rubber boat myself. Does anyone on here think that if they overstayed their Thai visa they would have a Thai government department taking care of their "rights" . -

Trump Takes Backpedaling to an Aerobic Extreme
That squatter in your cranium seems to have thrown the grey matter out with the bath water. That's only one side of the equation. Cut spending. Cut it now. Bigly.
