It's the Government that causing this trouble instigated by Muslim input.

Get rid of the Government ,Vote for a new lot that can look after the UK peope not some others.

You'll get a chance to do that in 2029.

This death by 1,000 cuts is pure torture. Can't labour just get it over and done with and officially make the UK a muslim country and replace old school traditional law and justice with sharia.

Why would they do that?  Muslims only represent 6.5% of the UK population.

You could understand Muslim countries like Saudi Arabia or Pakistan having laws to protect Muslims but a predominantly Christian country like the UK having them is ludicrous, it's like turkeys voting for Christmas.

Islam is an ideology hiding behind a religion and if you let it it will take over.

There’s already millions of Muslims in the UK, many born there.

So who's going to take care of this now before the whole country goes to the dogs.

In some cities in the UK it already has!

It doesn’t take a lot of thought to work out why this is correct.

Bigots are usually dullards, plenty of examples demonstrate that to be so.

If a bigot who hates Muslims violently attacks a Jew in the mistaken belief they are a Muslim then the motivation for the attack is Islamophobia.

Bigots aren’t the brightest of folk, they are almost always blinded to reality by their own hatred.

Witness this thread.

It's not too hard to understand that if I sock a Sikh because based on the color of his/her skin I think s/he's Muslim, then s/he is by definition a victim of my islamophobia. I'm highly unlikely to be smashed in the face for being a Muslim 'cos I'm white. Coloured people are most at risk.

Fact is most Muslims in the UK (or anywhere else for that matter) are people of color. So the haters hide behind the 'Muslim is a religion' trope to deny their racism.

You are surprised a town with a white minority has a Muslim mayor.

What is it you don’t understand about democracy?

If she saw your avatar, SHE would be the one saying NO, not you.

Actually, she is my MP for Ashton-u-Lyne, so next time I visit I shall go see her, and ask .

Like Trump, many third world tin pot potentates, millions of Magas and others with such  low frustration thresholds, it's only democracy if they like the result.

Just more to leave or be forcibly remigrated when the time comes.

And that time is coming.

Were we asked if we approved of mass migration? No.

Where was your democracy then?

I suspect history is not your strong point, but mass migration in Britain started in earnest in the post-war years and without it the country would have never have fully recovered after World War 2.  Migration was actively encouraged by all parties to re-build the economy.

You might also be unfamiliar with Britain's role in colonising half the world!  As Britain decolonized in Africa, the Caribbean, and Asia, many people with British citizenship or ties to the UK migrated for better economic opportunities or to escape instability.  Maybe some disapproved but I'm sure they hadn't disapproved of the colonisation and the Empire.

Now admittedly the next wave in 2004 after EU expansion might not have been approved by all; and ended up with Brexit.  However, migration since Brexit has not declined much!

Anyway, I hope this helps.

The insanity of the left, how on earth can a Buddhist be perceived as a muslim? I

I did it last week.

Assumed the guy was Muslim by his look and mannerisms but it turned out he was Muslims.

Hard to tell down here in Phuket.

Why does the left love a group of people who hate the West?

I doubt they hate the west.

Why would you move to the west if you hated it?
