A friend of me who passed away some years ago touched the butt of a flight attendant on thai Airways get a big problem when arrived Bangkok.He was arrested and was brought to police station first and the same day to court.

He was fined 150.000 baht and almost all that money was given to the flight attendant.

He was not banned from thai Airways after that.He never told his thaiwife that but she find the papers and she was NOT happy.Sadly he drunk himself to death because he was an alcoholic.RIP.

I had a connecting flight through India once and on the shuttle bus from the plane to the terminal, someone decided to have a pee and let it slosh all over the floor of the bus. No one batted an eyelid apart from me who was absolutely disgusted.

Well of course he should face a lifetime ban. So should every passenger who is abusive or aggressive to staff or other passengers.

People's behaviour is getting worse on flights and rarely do they face any real consequences.

Off-set Business Class seating required here.  If you have to clamber over a pork bellied businessman every couple of hours, you're gonna tiddle on him eventually.  So, airline at fault.     Btw, Emirates are still offering similar non-offset seating on their older 777's, so you can't get out for a pee and whats more the old Emirates 777 seats are bucket seats' ie. not flat.  Shocking.

Pattaya smells like a urine hole these days too. Thailand has ruinedi t's reputation by removing all visa protocols. At least visas ensured each visitor from India had a hotel booking in THEIR NAME. Now you have scenarios with 10 of them bunking down in one room illegally. The vast majority are cheap visitors. 

 

What i do admire about the indians however is there pure lack of shame in approaching prostitutes in packs. They simply do not care if there is police, families around, tourists, in the near vacinity. Nothing stops them. Got to admire that.

A shocking mid-air incident has left Air India in a sticky situation once more, as a business class passenger allegedly urinated on a fellow traveller on a flight to Bangkok. The airborne fiasco took place on Air India flight AI 2336 from New Delhi to Bangkok on April 9, just as the aircraft was gearing up for landing.

 

Police are now investigating the intoxicated passenger accused of the bizarre act, having completely bypassed the fully functional onboard lavatories.

 

The victim of the incident, reportedly a managing director, was understandably distressed by the unexpected shower, while the crew rushed to address the unsettling episode.

 

Reports suggest the accused passenger had consumed alcohol, although a friend claimed he was not overly intoxicated. In the aftermath, Air India assured that a committee would evaluate whether the passenger should face a lifelong ban from the airline.

 

 

 

They confirmed that while crew assistance was extended to the aggrieved party for filing a complaint in Bangkok, it was declined.

 

India’s Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu pledged to take necessary action if misconduct is found. "Whenever these kinds of incidents happen, the ministry takes note," he stated.

 

This latest scandal follows a series of similar incidents that have plagued Air India, including a 2022 case involving a former banker soiling a fellow passenger and a March 2023 episode where a student misbehaved on an American Airlines flight. Both previous incidents resulted in significant consequences for those involved.

 

The latest debacle raises questions about alcohol consumption on flights and airline protocols. Can Air India finally address this recurring issue and ensure the skies remain friendly for all passengers? Only time, and more robust measures, will tell.

The drunken mistake that the cabin is a toilet should be over looked. That's any good drunks mistake LOL.

 

The real question should be. Had the passenger taken a bath or shower in the last week and if so was he wearing deodorant?

This is clearly the fault of Air India for not posting clear and unambiguous signs in their business class section. if this sign had been posted, this unfortunate situation would have never have happened.
