That's why I always do it in person, just don't trust their IT system, and if there's any error or slipup at their end they'll never admit fault, it'll always be the foreigner's fault.

If the online remains pending or refused you can attend immigration in person up to 7 days after due date.

For some folk a trip to immigration office is a task.

Also at some eg CW you just about need an appointment due to how busy it can be

In my case it also took 1- 2 working days, as shown above this time it was entire week without response. 😨And time is running out. Immigration office in person is 2 hours there and 2 hours back in a car. 😪

Assume you did the online report 15 days prior.

Since you have long travel time to immigration office you could consider report via mail.

You did not post background story.

Previously online ok?

No tavel abroad since last report?

I guess it depends where one lives and what shopping is available nearby, in our case we live about 50km from Korat imm, and we're out in the boonies, nothing much around us or nearby, just small M&P shops, so every 3 months I need to do a 90 day, we're happy for an excuse to drive into Korat City, it takes me 5 minutes to do the report then we're at Makro, Lotus's, and other big shopping centers to stock up on all the goodies that aren't available near us. But of course is we had a big shopping center close to home then driving 50km to do a report would be a pain in the butt.

I hope it comes through soon for you.  On a more interesting note for everyone - , has Anyone ever had any problems with the 90 day being overdue And it was applied for online and receipted? (kudos to the TH Gov for this fine new system for reporting)

Did you go out of the country? I know it seems every time I do I have to go submit it in person the first 90 days then I can do it online without any issues. Jomtien immigration.

And I did not receive confirmation email! 😴

Same with me. On Sunday I've got the usual mail remainder that my Report is due. Yesterday morning I have done the Report, but no confirmation mail that I have submitted the Report  nor a mail that the Report was approved yesterday evening.

I tried to do it online with CW many times, but have only succeeded once in many years. Application rejected is the norm. I even wrote a polite letter to them about it....   And so I went there.... 470 waiting and no hope of getting seen that day, so I left. Next day I queued yet again, 140 waiting, took 2 hours. Progress comes slowly in Thailand..... if it comes at all.

At least they now have a QR code on the ticket, so you can go have lunch while monitoring the queue on your phone.

And how can they call it a 1 year visa when you have to go every 90 days?

Previously I also had lot of trouble with online reporting (CW).

At that time I did lot of travel abroad.

After doing a TM47 in person along with not exiting Thailand I have had success with online reporting.

You could consider reporting via mail. I used that for some time. It's pretty much bullet proof.

If you do that with CW make sure you post it 14 days prior to due date.

A letter would be waste of time.

I got nowhere when discussing in person with io. (twice)

There is an appointment system in place and you can book an appointment for doing the 90-day report in person. Really makes it smooth.

Indeed, works a treat

Just now checked for slots. Plenty available (unlike annual extensions)

Go to far right side of que desks.

Have printout of appointment confirmation

Yep, I just made one now, to get a preferred date and time. It's just for backup, in case something goes haywire with the online submission(s). Best case scenario is online results in APPROVED and then I just go back in to the appointment system and cancel it.
