Buying crypto from Thailand — How are you guys doing it?

Hi everyone,

I'm a Thai resident and when I try to buy crypto (like on Kraken) using my Bangkok Bank account, the payment gets blocked.
The bank says they don't allow transfers related to crypto.

For those living in Thailand:

• Are you able to buy crypto with a Thai bank account?

• Or are you using a foreign bank that's more crypto-friendly?

Would really appreciate any advice!

You can buy on BitKub - which is a Thai exchange.

 

If you wish you can transfer your crypto from BitKub to Kraken.....  

Or better still, transfer your 'keys' to a Cold Wallet such as Ledger, where its safer to be kept...

...  and from there transfer to any exchange when you wish to make a transaction.
