What happened to Keaws restaurant Roi-Et?

Featured Replies

Went by Keaws restaurant the other day and it was closed, Not sure of the name of the road it was on but it was next to another small restaurant across from a river and both had pool tables.  Does anyone know if they reopened somewhere else and where it's located?  Thanks

By saying "most here have never been there" implies you likely have and know others who have been to Kaews as well so not a very helpful reply to what I asked.

Seriously, what does this say about the expats in Roi Et if after over 330 views not a single person can answer my simple question.     Tells me there are not many happy (nor helpful) souls living here which is pretty sad when you think about it.  Fortunately, I'm only here for a brief stay but I do hope the rest of you get out a little more and maybe become a little more sociable as well.  Adios.

Never heard of Kaews. Big drama over a stupid restaurant. I saw like 20 farangs in Roi Et. 99% of farangs never go there. Surely there's other restaurants to visit. Nice enough town but boring after 2 days.

Hello,

She reopened on the 23 big road.

When leaving Makro turn to the right. And after 100 or 200 meter she opened on the left. Big Coca Cola sign and flags with her name on it.

Not sure about the restaurant you're talking about from the description.
Was it an expat bar/restaurant?  Or one more for Thai people?

Maybe you could post the map co-ordinates?  Or a photo of the outside of it.

Although I think you'd have better luck asking in one of the RoiEt expat facebook groups.
