After much speculation surrounding their relationship, Ava Pawarawan and Nate from the famous content duo "My Mate Nate" have announced their split.

 

Fans had noticed the absence of the couple’s usual sweet moments, leading to questions about the state of their relationship.

The double standards being applied here  would be amusing if they were not so revealing. Unlike other foreigners, he is fluent in Thai and prospered in Thailand. I can see why some  people are agitated: Envy.  He does not operate a beer bar brothel in Pattaya making his living by pimping out vulnerable people. Nor does he have a small factory exploiting Thailand's weak environmental protection laws, or operate a bogus dive shop or scooter rental scam business. The man does not need me to defend him, but  his business has employed multiple young creative and hard working Thai people.

 

I never liked him, and found his stunts  stupid. In some cases, they were ripoffs of the identical stunts done elsewhere, without him giving credit to the original content creator . Condemn him for that, but not the other nonsense.

The use of the cats and scorpions was indeed idiotic. More like ignorant, but that was a Thai initiated stunt. However, since he is the boss, the responsibility lies with him and he is rightfully condemned. He has done other idiotic  things. Perhaps the more appropriate description is a man consumed by a lust for wealth. Or a classic small city American who was not taught to think because of his  upbringing.

I have seen some of them in the past and do avoid the content, but then I am not a 12 year old.   They were the stupid antics of a  19-25 year old naif. He has however grown along the way. Unfortunately, he has also become even more unattractive in personality and appearance.

 

The issue of his girlfriend/domestic partner/concubine/companion or whatever is of interest to some as he was popular with young women who  dreamed of making him their very own. Now he is on the market again.
