‘Big baby’ Kanye West Abruptly Walks Off Piers Morgan Show

Controversial rapper Kanye West, now known as Ye, once again found himself at the center of a media firestorm after storming out of a heated interview with British broadcaster Piers Morgan. The confrontation, which aired Tuesday on Piers Morgan Uncensored, ended prematurely when West took offense to a seemingly minor factual error — the number of followers he has on X, formerly Twitter.

Morgan had been challenging Ye on his public image and past antisemitic comments when the situation rapidly deteriorated. “Interviewed Kanye West again today. As I expected, given what I’ve said about him recently, it didn’t last long or go well,” Morgan wrote in an Instagram post following the episode. Alongside a photo of Ye during the interview, Morgan added, “This was him right before he stomped off like a big baby before I could ask him why he’s become a vile, Hitler-loving, Nazi-slathering, anti-Semitic prick.”

"Tell him from me he's a sniveling little coward and an antisemite and Hitler-worshipper."

Sneako walks away as Piers Morgan peppers him with questions about his friend Kanye "Ye" West.

Ye, who appeared on the show from Majorca, Spain, alongside influencer Sneako, grew visibly frustrated when Morgan made reference to his follower count, mistakenly claiming he had 32 million followers on X. West quickly corrected him, saying the actual number is 33.3 million. The rapper accused Morgan of intentionally diminishing his influence, saying, “Don’t take inches off my d**k.” He then launched into a disjointed rant, asserting, “It just shows the hate that you put out for people that put love. There’s so much love in the art I put out.”

What began as an already tense conversation turned more chaotic as West disputed Morgan’s early comment that he seemed happier and more relaxed than his public image suggests. “But I already disagree. It’s not in contrast,” West interrupted. “There’s so many people and artists that are championing the idea of someone being able to just express who they really are, and have been able to go through the war of being attacked by the banks… that’s the best way to put it!”

Attempting to press on, Morgan was instead left with an empty screen as Ye walked off-camera, removed his microphone, and declared, “Now you are not taking accountability or responsibility… No sir, this is what you get for now we can, we can circle back when you can count.”

The outburst marks the second time West has clashed with Morgan on air. Their previous encounter was also marked by Ye’s refusal to apologise for antisemitic statements, part of a pattern of inflammatory social media posts and interviews that have drawn widespread condemnation.

Despite the abrupt exit, Morgan defended his decision to invite West back onto the show. “He deliberately breaches all of X’s rules, and yet he does it with impunity and is allowed to do it, whereas millions of other accounts get suspended for far less offences,” Morgan said. He added that the interview was intended to hold West accountable for his online behavior, particularly his antisemitic posts and repeated praise of Adolf Hitler.

“I was going to ask him about what he puts on X and why he does this? Why he continually attacks Jewish people, why he continually celebrates Adolf Hitler?” Morgan said. Concluding the episode, Morgan turned to Sneako and asked him to deliver a blunt message to West: “Tell him he’s a snivelling little coward, and he’s an antisemite and a Hitler worshipper.”

It's disturbing that 33 mil people actually care what he says.

They don't necessarily care. They may just like to watch train wrecks.

Never heard of the bloke and looked him up. Now I can say that I am quite proud for not knowing such creeps but he's a sign of times. Not being a semite but his anti-semitism is groundless and the pr1rck has no clue what he's talking about.

If he has 32 or 33 million followers is - irrelevant; I think that in that case he has 32 or 33 million followers too many 🤮

Very poor form by Piers, at least get your research right, 33 million is 33 million, not 32. Inexcusable.

Why is Piers so beholden to Israel anyway?

I don't believe he's an anti-semite. Rather anti-unscrupulous business tactics. If you aren't involved in the music/movie business, then perhaps you don't know how it is.

It seems like you have a real issue with wealthy, successful men.

How about some empathy for someone clearly struggling with his mental health?

How about not platforming a raving antisemite and offering the same raving antisemite’s struggle with mental illness as entertainment?

Funny. You don't normally have an issue with anti-semites. Or is that only when they are members of the Labour party?

What is it about this wealthy, black, male that so triggers you I wonder...

Yet one more baseless accusation.
