Lived in Bangkok for 20 years, now enjoying life upcountry.

Nearest sea swimming, 7.2km of beach, an easy cycle from home.

People speak Thai in Loei.

Actually, given he just says 'the South', assuming that's PKK and down, that covers an area of over 2,000km² , larger than Isaan (NE Thailand), bigger than CM/CR NW Thailand too.
