As a tourist I am thinking, is the air clean (PM2.5)? Are the 10 000 hanging cables in the streets safe (they are not)? Where can I find a place for me and my kids that is not smelling cannabis all over the place? Is the traffic safe? Is it safe for my kids to cross the road on the zebra-crossing (very dangerous)? I would concentrate on things like that. I as a tourist don´t care if someone is overstaying...

The brochures that can be found in travel agents shops or tour guide shops, booking shops... all overseas in various countries... If you want a link open google and search
