Farangs need to stop sending money to Thai girls while living abroad

I went for a massage.

We started chatting and at first she said she doesn't have a boyfriend, but then admitted a German guy is sending her money.

 

So he visits once a year maybe? Why is he sending money? To secure a gf when he arrives in Thailand?

And then what? Effs off and she's left with money but no actual boyfriend?

 

She said she doesn't want to move to Germany. She doesn't want to learn to speak German.

 

He obviously is not relocating here soon enough.

 

How long is it ethical to keep these girls on a "leash" by sending money?

 

Basically, the girl is confused and has cognitive dissonance. Because the guy sending money is sort of a boyfriend, but not really since he's not there often.

 

But it's also preventing her from finding a real boyfriend.

 

So farangs need to stop this practice.

No, the money is not "enslaving her". If she had found a man she would be more interested in than in the German, she would have no issue to take the German's money and then be with that other man at the same time.
