I last renewed my passport in Bangkok with relative ease, and the time has come to repeat the exercise. I am unable to recall what evidence I provided ten years ago showing my name and address in Thailand.

 

Will either or both of the following suffice:

 

: Thai bank Statement
: Thai driving licence 

Easiest to use Thai DL if the details like address are in English 
Or just use AIS mobile statement with the Thai address in English. DTAC has the address in Thai so have to get it translated,
