Speak to a lawyer. One foreign lawyer who runs a law firm in Thailand (using Thai lawyers) told me a long time ago that the law requiring you to state that the money belongs to your wife and you won't make any claim on it in future was deemed illegal long ago. I didn't ask for detail at the time but I'd take a guess that its because of clashes with the rules on marital assets (Sin Somros) and assets held before marriage (Sin Suan Tua). Not sure, could be some other reason but he said the rule was illegal although he was aware of some official departments still asking for such declarations. -

Why? For all of them there is no evidence whatsoever. All of them could be true or false. There is just no evidence for either case. It's mere conjecture, in the absence of evidence. How much sense does conjecture make? As Buddha said, not a whole lot. It could be. There is no evidence against, nor any evidence for. So either case is as valid as the other. -

Its most likely because your ed visa stamp wasnt canceled and when the Imm questioned you your answer, even if true, matches the standard excuse of family emergency and when you couldnt answer what is considered an easy question you couldnt so he presumed you may be trying to play the system. you could try applying for a tr visa but may be denied for the same reason. You can try a fast track agent, tell them the whole truth, or a lwayer who can get you info but may not be much more help. I would make sure to explain the family emergency and that you want to clear and close the ED visa if necessary. Contact MOF on their FB page and ask them for guidance. -

I used the Macbook Air with the M3 chipset and did not notice any significant advantage in daily use. However, the reviewers still warned that the Macbook Air with the M3 was not great for editing video. In terms of useability the Mac Os was a total nightmare, windows was much better. Very glad I'm using the Lenovo Thinkbook now instead. -

Not really, they could buy a Realme. The charging times are significantly lower with the Realme flagships. Seems a lot more convenient than the slow Apple phone charging times.
