A new US Attorney in DC. Ms. Jeanine Pirro ,aka Judge Jeanine .

All encompassing, the scope of the office is limitless! Federal & local.
“It serves as both the local and the federal prosecutor for the nation’s capital. On the local side, these prosecutions extend from misdemeanor drug possession cases to murders. On the federal side, these prosecutions extend from child pornography to gangs to financial fraud to terrorism”.

https://www.justice.gov/usao-dc#:~:text=It serves as both the,to financial fraud to terrorism.

Best of all she’s a Trump loyalist !

Second Best ,she can coordinate with AG Bondi, and others in Government .

Third best she replaces the original choice ED Martin , who went on to investigate pardons.

“Because its jurisdiction covers the precincts of the United States Congress and the headquarters of several U.S. government agencies, the USADC is considered one of the most influential U.S. attorneys in the United States, along with the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York. Appointment to the role is considered a significant career achievement for prosecutors”.

She’ll be looking into White collar crimes too. The  piece  thats been missing in the Washington Establishment puzzle.

Note the word i-n-t-e-r-i-m as in a position lasting 120 days and not requiring Senate confirmation.

He doesn't run anything past Congress any more does he? Rule by Sharpie!

Incidentally, after the 120 days are up, presumably he can appoint another nominee; when that person's 120 days are up, or even sooner, can Jeanine Pirro be appointed again? Perhaps no one imagined that rules to cover such a possibility would ever be needed?

Rule by executive order & proclamation and -- if you don't like it -- you can sue after it's already in effect.

Then he can say all these court cases in front of activist judges are preventing me from doing the job I was elected to do --

ALL PROTECTED BY THESE USA HATING JUDGES WHO SUFFER FROM AN IDEOLOGY THAT IS SICK, AND VERY DANGEROUS FOR OUR COUNTRY.

-- and per the above, Trump may try to get around the interim appointment rule by only having the appointee serve for 119 days.

Can Judge Jeanine multi task?

She’s got a lot on her plate.

She can multitask.

AI Overview

Yes, U.S. Attorneys, like the one in the District of Columbia (D.C.), can hand off prosecutions to other jurisdictions, including state or local authorities. This happens when the U.S. Attorney determines that another jurisdiction has a stronger interest in prosecuting the case, is better equipped to do so, or when there are other factors that make prosecution in another jurisdiction more appropriate
