90 days report and reentry permit questions

Featured Replies

Hi guys, I will bring my friend's sons to immigration tomorrow at CW. I have a few questions to make sure I am up to date:

- 90 days report can still be done by representatives?

- 90 days report requires the person's passport and a filled and signed TM47 form only?

- can  still be done up to 7 days afterwards? Was due on June 2nd.

-Single Reentry permit still costs 1,000 Baht?

- Reentry permit requires just the passport and the person who owns the passport?

- Do I need to worry about TM30? They recently got their visa extensions (students), have already been registered with TM30 in the past and never changed addresses nor went abroad since then.

Thank you so much in advance 🙏

This link is not CW however applies.

Yes can be done by representative.

TM47 + pp however may want couple of photocopies (most likely not)

Yes up to 7 days late.

Reentry permit TM8 plus copy of pp pages (may be asked for)

1000b single reentry. 3800 multiple.

Can be obtained at airport.

Good choice as has option of 200 b service fee to do all including picture.

Obtrained day of departure.

At CW you need to go to different desk for reentry permit (messy)

Note: L1 has photocopy print shops. You can tell them what you are doing and they will take your pp and give you necessary docs.

Note also that to obtain queue ticket you need to show filled in application form.

You still might be able to make appointment. Often has slots.

Thank you so much for all these details. You answered everything I needed.

For the reentry permit, the person is 17 years old and will travel alone to Bali next month. Better have it done beforehand to avoid mistakes at the airport even though will be long tomorrow at CW.

Good idea.

Just be aware that Bali immigration can be very fussy with  condition of pp.

Just check for tiny rip or minor stain..

The 17 yr old going to Bali over Vietnam... To each their own.

No appointments for tomorrow just checked.

Thank you for all the details and even checking appointments for me!

He is invited to stay in Bali, not his choice. I would also choose Vietnam personally 😉

Will control that his passport is in good condition, thank you for the tip.

Tried to register them online for the 90 days report. Status is pending. Not sure it can work as it was due on June 2nd. Let's see
