Would work wonders but if the pr1ck is not a complete tart he will never return to Thailand while the Americans will not extradite him. 

What would help though is publish his personal details with photo (see immigration at arrival/departure) as well so to embarrass the cutie while eventually be a warning to potential brothers-in-arms!
