I teach kids this age - they don't have the brains gawd gave a grasshoppers a$$-hole. The ONLY excuse I could think of for members asking whether or not she was a "willing participant" is they haven't a clue how much these kids are air-heads at 13. Otherwise you're thinking a 13-year-old might be available which makes you a VERY sick puppy.

My guess is that this predator probably has a history of such behavior. It's terrible a young girl had to suffer for this guy to final get caught. Throw him in Thai prison ...he'll get his punishment.

If she is an employee of the Immigration Police,  as opposed to a volunteer,  I believe she's allowed to wear an official uniform, at least the vest.  She's not a police officer, but all police forces have civilian employees.

Actually it did. She was "visiting" her mother at a beer bar.  Her mom, and the bar were pimping.  Willing is a relative term, but she was pimped. The mom and bar owners were not arrested pretty much sums up the case. Make a statement by arresting the farang, he pays a fine and business as usual.

Actually, most of my fellow American are clueless.  Different states have different ages. From 16 up to 18.  Factor in "closeness of age" and in a ok me states it drops to 14.
