Transport Vietjet Thailand Launches 50% Fare Discount with Friend Power Pack

Vietjet Thailand has introduced a new promotion, the "Friend Power Pack," offering discounts of up to 50% on airfares for more than 50,000 tickets, covering both domestic and international routes. This promotion allows travellers to plan trips affordably until the end of 2025.

 

Bookings for the Friend Power Pack are open from today, June 10, and will run until July 10. Travel dates extend from June 15 to December 20. Available in limited quantities, these packages can be purchased via the Vietjet website or the Vietjet Thailand app.

 

For domestic flights, the package includes all Vietjet Thailand services, encompassing interregional routes. Customers can select from four options: a pack of four tickets for 6,200 baht, eight tickets for 11,600 baht, 12 tickets for 15,600 baht, or 24 tickets for 24,000 baht. The average cost per round-trip ticket begins at 1,000 baht, with additional taxes, fees, and services not included.

 

Internationally, the promotion covers routes to Japan, China, and Taipei. Flights originate from Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) to Fukuoka, Osaka, Okinawa, and Hokkaido (via Taipei), in addition to direct flights to Shanghai, Beijing (Daxing), Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Taipei, and also from Chiang Mai to Osaka. There are 10,000 seats available, with packages priced at 22,000 baht for four tickets and 36,000 baht for eight. Round-trip flights start at 4,500 baht, excluding taxes and additional costs.

 

The Vietnam and Cambodia route package includes 5,000 seats, offering travel from Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) to Da Nang, Phu Quoc, and Phnom Penh. Travellers can purchase four tickets for 7,560 baht or eight for 13,600 baht, with the average round-trip fare beginning at 1,700 baht, excluding taxes and other fees.

 

Eligibility for the Friend Power Pack requires membership in Fun Rewards, which can be easily obtained on the Vietjet website or app. Each package can be shared by up to four people, whose names should be registered at purchase, although they do not need to be the same across all bookings.

 

Package holders can redeem tickets for either one-way or round-trip journeys, with taxes, fees, and extra services excluded. Bookings should be made at least three hours before the flight through the airline’s website or app. Note that this offer is not available to individuals under 18 years of age.
