It is unethical to ask someone for their personal financial info. The landlord is not obligated to pass out such documents to tenants. Especially as it is the same landlord that I had last year when I got the extension no problem.


Last time i renewed my visa they picked up the owner of the house i rented changed there name, turns out shes changed it 2 times before that. So i had to provide name change documents for all those times shes changed her name, her ID card signed along with her house book. 

It is insane that we have to provide this. my documents are already insane without hers too.
