77 now.....When I was in my 30's I worked for about a year in downtown L.A.....It was a zoo then....Crowded, predators doing their hustle everywhere, people loitering everywhere you looked,  people defecating in parking lots was pretty common.....Mostly Hispanic.....My office was at a corner "storefront" location....I could watch the parade every day....

I'm on the board this week, and you'd be surprised how little time it takes.  It's not based on my post count.  It's also based on feedback and other "intangibles".  (I asked when they first started that feature)   I post during downtime, between errands, getting in my 10,000 steps and caring for a cancer patient GF. (Edit:  And between my monthly visa runs to BKK.  I'll be there again on Monday)

 

I've had the same account for 14 years.  About 10 years ago, I almost lost it when 2 of us had the same IP address.  No clue how that happened but a moderator at that time knew me personally so I didn't get kicked off.  Otherwise, I'd be alterego instead if impulse.

 

I wish they'd pay me...  Not really.  Then I'd feel pressure.
