Don’t worry about it, you’ll be fine.

No, you show up on the date that recertify says to show up

Just coincidentally happened your come back for results date is the same date as you're current entry stamp expires

Nothing to worry about, not at all.

I personally have never ever heard of anyone being denied their initial non o visa after applying and getting a return for results date on their receipt of paying the 2000 baht. If they let you apply you'll get approved just show up that day.

No you cannot go before.

You advise you have a tourist visa (TR Visa) that you applied for in your home country. You will be denied as you can't hold 2 visas at the same time. You will need to reapply

He may have entered on a SETV the visa gave him a 60 day permission of stay.

During that time seems he applied for Non O retirement.

He would have used form TM86.

He was given an under consideration period.

The 60 day stamp from entry is irrelevant.

OP has been given correct advice.

Presumably he left and returned without a re-entry permit during a 12 month entry but after the expiry of the initial OA, i.e. "broke my OA".  In which case he doesn't have 2 visas, they would not have let him apply for the non-O if there was a problem.
