Tourist visa - proof of accommodation

I'm soon applying for a tourist visa in Vietnam.

I'm renting a house during my stay in Thailand. Actually I'm renting this house for more than 3 years now for my stay in Thailand with intermittent visits back home.

 

What documents are required?

Rental contract

payment slip for the last three months

Copy of house owner ID card 

Copy of house registration

OP, if you have the items you listed that is more than required. 

Of course most folk with a single entry tourist visa do not have similar plans as you. 

A few nights accommodation that you can cancel suits most.

I quote immigration requirements "proof of paid accommodation for the whole duration of the proposed stay"
