Trump despises people of color, and uses coded language to insult them. He is one of the world's most miserable people and the polar opposite of a good leader. Vitriol and hatred are deplorable qualities. NY hates Trump, for a dozen good reasons. He can't stand being hated, as he is a juvenile and is highly insecure. Ttump should just resign. The world would be so grateful for that.

That's neither accurate, nor fair. There is no evidence to support your claim that he despises people of color. Nor is he a miserable man. You just don't understand self made people who persevere and beat the odds. And if he is so hated, why did 3,579,000 New York state / 839,000 New York City voters pick him last election? Can you come up with 3.5 million supporters in NY state?

Making up more crap Jonny.

I understand Chomps, nobody likes their racism to be proven so definitively. I hope you can make a swift recovery.

There is nothing childish about correcting your bizarre belief that the religion of Islam is in fact a race. 😄

Maybe just better to accept you are wrong, apologize and we can all pretend you never said it.

You're just a joke. But look for a fool to continue. It's not me. 😂

There is nothing more foolish than thinking that Islam is a race. 😆

Let's get away from the fantasy that it is the wealthy who create an environment which allows the poor to flourish.

It is a hard fact that many become wealthy by exploiting their peers, and wish to become wealthier by exploiting them further.

I don't believe in "full blown Marxism", but the instinct and ability of the unscrupulous to get richer by stiffing others will only be countered by an element of redistributive taxation.

People working two or often more jobs, and still unable to provide a home for or feed their families, not having healthcare or any form of security is quite simply wrong. Mamdami is quite right in saying that. That is why he won.

mmmm in the UK after too many were leaving they are now doing a u turn

And yet here you are Jonny.

Nobody in this is thread is talking about DEI, why do you feel the need to toss it into the discussion?

Perhaps something about Mamdani triggered your fixation.

I'd imagine a lot of things surprise you Chomps.

Biological reality, for example.

Are you posting in the right thread Jonny?

Nothing in this topic relates to your imaged views on biological reality.

Is this another one of your fixations?

What triggered it I wonder?!

You started accusing people of racism.

That's why I thought it pertinent to point out your own support of racist DEI policies and racist sentencing guidelines.

I trust that clarifies the issue...

I hope you aren’t referring to trump being a sielf made man.He  is a trust fund baby who got 400 million from daddy + a bunch of rentals.as far as winning the election he was running against a black woman obviously the states aren’t ready for that.

Trump is such a loser that anyone who opposes him on any level, in any manner is public enemy number one. That's just how this sad pathetic man operates. He just can't handle criticism, any lack of fealty, or pushback on any level. He is so juvenile.

An example. President Donald Trump on Sunday slammed Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) in a social media post, decrying the lawmaker as “weak,” “lazy” and “pathetic” for opposing him on Iran, the “big, beautiful bill” and more.

Massie, the president wrote on Truth Social, “is not MAGA, even though he likes to say he is. Actually, MAGA doesn’t want him, doesn’t know him, and doesn’t respect him.”

Massie has a history of incurring Trump’s wrath. He was one of only two GOP members of the House to vote against the president’s signature bill last month, and he more recently has been railing against U.S. military involvement in Iran.

On Sunday, he and Rep. Ro Khanna (D-Calif.) spoke out against the weekend attack on Iran during a joint appearance on “Face The Nation.” The two last week introduced a bipartisan resolution that would prohibit Trump from striking Iran without explicit authorization from Congress.

Massie called the attack on Iran unconstitutional, while Trump dismissed him as “a negative force” and “a simple minded grandstander.”

Trump talking about a negative force. Is he describing himself?

Sorry, your semantic pedantry doesn’t wash. You’re stereotyping an individual because of his belonging to a group. That’s racist.

There’s tons online about just this topic -- you can search on <is Islamophobia racist> for instance. But only if you’re interested in learning, and something tells me that you’re not.

can you please quote the post from this thread in which I accused anyone of racism.

That’s clever, I never even mentioned racism.

Perhaps you are feeling a tad sensitive.

Why would I think it was aimed at me? Never occurred to me.

Even if I did, being called a racist by someone who supports racist DEI policies and racist sentencing guidelines would be a bit like being called a crackhead by Hunter Biden. 😃

A group of mentally ill Americans that swallowed fake news narratives and hate democracy would be grateful.

Also despots, dictators and scumbags worldwide would be grateful that they can resume evil activities unchecked.

Well he’s not in power yet and if he does become NYC Mayor it will be via an open and fair election.

But we could have some fun with this.

Each time someone who follows a faith attains power we might make a statement like

‘Another [insert respective religion] in a position of power’

See how far we get through the roll call of the world’s religions before it kicks off.

Absolutely, perhaps the most egregious example of this is how it is always a Catholic ends up running the Vatican!
