Well done to the woman for ratting him.  I wonder what he did to get this treatment though, maybe he wasn't paying his rent, maybe, well, maybe dozens of things.   Maybe there was a reward for the woman to do the ratting.

He was probably in a relationship with the woman, that went bad.
