Thailand's moving forward. The younger generation will change Thailand. I reckon we've to wait only a few years more.

Unless you take population into account, it’s a meaningless statistic.

If you're referring to the figures in my post, do you understand any of the Latin phrases commonly used in English?  Please look up 'per capita'

What makes you think my comment was directed at you?  I didn't quote your post so by default I was referring to the OP.

I am happy to see an answer and will take a refusal to give one as an admittance that there are no negative effects from fossil fuels. I can't take anymore of this NET ZERO NONESENSE being driven by Milliband and his zealots. In London I have the highest fuel bills I have ever payed in my life anywhere in the world; one reason I came to live here.

How you chose to take and judge my reply to another member, is totally irrelevant to me.

I can agree that net zero is over the top, but that don´t mean there is no truth in the negative effects on our planet. I am not a net zero guy, and I understand there will be use of things that have negative effects. However, I don´t go so far that I prefer fossil fuels over renewable and green energy.

Sure, we can also debate the production techniques that are needed for providing renewable energy, that sometimes will have a negative effect on the environment as well. Anyway, there are more negative effects out of using fossil fuels compared to renewable energy. That´s just a fact that you can´t deny.

If governments really want green energy, why do they put import and sales tax on the equipment to make it yourself? They should sell it all tax free!

It's part of their annual budget. Tax and Vat.
