The short answer is no. The so called current law idea is NOT legal. Two little words called " due process" seems to have been forgotten. Lawsuit time!

Easy answer, if you're in need to restock, guess you'll find out.  Do report back for others, so they don't waste their time, popping in without a med cert.

 

As usual, with any 'order', some shops may observe, some not, and location dependent.

 

There's a cash cow.  I think if I was a doc, I'd set up an 'office' in a weed shop and sell 'certs' for 1000 baht a pop

I dont visit overpriced dispensaries and cant see why anyone thta lives here would

seems to me that it would be relatively easy to get a med certificate?  Similar for many other prescriptions that some pharmacies required, such as Cialis I think many drug stores now want a prescription?  I am pretty sure there are many clinics that will certify things for you

I walked into the closest weed just to have a prescription in my pocket. It cost 200b, and all they asked for was a Passport ID. I didn't need to make any other purchase from the store.

You can get a med certificate now as low as 500 baht. I just got a notice from cannabis .com

I'd never need a med cert, as I'd never shop in a dispensary.  Prices are just way to silly.  Have way more on hand than I'd ever smoke anyway.  I rarely indulge.

Me neither but that might change.... But still the black market will thrive when they knock out the small businesses causing a Glut in the market. Although I had a med certificate in California I never bought from a dispensery there. Especially when one can buy LBS. for $500 from Mendicino or Humbolt.

Mendicino by the sea miss that place would often hitch-hike up and down the coast from Washington and spend a few nights there camping out. Uncommon Good Cafe where all the hippies would hang out.

Yes lots of good memories. Tahoe gets a ton of supplies from both areas. Always a great time. The farmers are not as happy now at one point it was $3000.00 a LB. but now the glut has caused a loss of income for the growers.

correction it was weed.th was the company that offered it. I thing it is in Yensabi area in Pattaya if anyone is interested.
