I'm living in Thailand, just started a company so I'm going to apply non b visa outside Thailand. But since last time I applied for visa everything went electronic visa. It's a little confusing that i saw different reports how long it takes. that's why I'd like to know which embassy/consulate is the fastest? How long did it take for you?

Laos is generally the fastest for any type of non-immigrant visa.

Apply online, attend the embassy to pay, then get an interview in 1-3 days and get your visa immediately after interview.
