Crime Delivery Rider Accused of Blackmail and Assault by Multiple Women in Pattaya

A 26-year-old food delivery rider, known online as “Boom Khun Phaen Rider,” was apprehended and handed over to Pattaya police after being accused by at least five women of sexual coercion, physical assault, and blackmail using explicit videos.

 

The incident unfolded in front of a motorbike rental shop in Central Pattaya, Chonburi. Police, led by Pol. Lt. Col. Suchart Dusadee of Pattaya City Police Station were called to the scene. When they arrived they found a group of around ten men and women, including the victims, who had managed to locate and detain the suspect until officers arrived.

 

One of the victims, a 30-year-old woman using the alias “Orn,” told police she met the suspect via a dating app and Facebook. After entering a relationship with him, she claimed he became violent and began threatening to release private videos unless she complied with his demands.

 

Following this report, four additional women came forward to file similar complaints. One of them, 32-year-old “Ji”, had previously filed police reports on three separate occasions, citing incidents including vandalism, her motorcycle was spray-painted, physical abuse and threats to release explicit footage.

 

The situation came to light after one victim shared her experience on Facebook, prompting other women to reveal their encounters. The social media post attracted over a thousand critical comments directed at the suspect, with many accusing him of repeated predatory behaviour.

 

Mr. Boom, whose real name has not been disclosed, admitted to having relationships with several women he met through dating apps, but denied filming any videos or threatening the women. He insisted that all encounters were consensual and that he had no involvement in property damage or intimidation.

 

Police are currently investigating the allegations. Pattaya police investigator Pol. Sub Lt. Anirut Jehroh has recorded statements from all the complainants and initiated formal case files. To prevent further conflict, the parties were separated and advised to remain calm and let the police deal with the situation, while the investigation proceeds.

 

Should sufficient evidence be found, police confirmed that Mr. Boom would face appropriate charges.
