Handle bar start shaking. i asked around thry said i might have to change bearing or it is due to basket that i added in the back?

Possibly a front bearing worn or could be an unbalanced tyre, unlkely to be anything added at the back.

Fork tube bearings or front wheel bearings. After that check the wheel for straightness and balance, then check the tires for uneven wear. While you are at it, check the back wheel as well.

Depending how big it is, and where it is placed. Seen some few 50L boxes places to far back which to catch air at 50km+

OP when do the shaking start at what speed?

i'd be checking the front tyre pressure with an accurate pressure gauge (correct pressure 31 psi)  ....

hope this solves the problem ...

The original tyres on the Aerox are horrible and cause this even without any other issues. A rear top box can also cause this easily.

The bike is from 2019. The km is not certain, as the speedometer has been replaced with a new one.

It starts from 40 km/hr.

Don't worry about it, as long as keep both hands on the handlebar and it does not shake, it's not a problem...

We have this on Forza models too. The box at the back causes uneven aerodynamic and weight distribution, but if both hands are on the handlebar it has zero shaking or no effect on riding.

People do a lot of things to cure it, even Honda changes tires, even wheels under warranty, it reduces it a bit, but never completely goes away....
