Hi. For the third time now, my UK pension is no longer being paid, and I will doubtless be accused of deliberately not answering the life certificate notification. I have never received mail back from the Pensions centre apart from that one time when I set things up to be paid in Thailand.

So what I need is a telephone number? Previously I was able to use Skype, now I have just the number, (091) 21 8777, which is "unavailable". Anything quicker than email, which apparently takes about 10 days to answer?

Thanks

Should be +44 191 218 7777

Try Viber Out or Mytello for cheap calls.  There's a few others also mentioned in the various threads about Skype shutting down.

Doesn't look right (the 001 at the start). Should just be 00 44 etc unless that's a providers special code?
