Does it block radio-waves emanating from the brain, thus preventing the FBI from picking up signals?

"...my two front legs..." How about your back legs, are they ok?

I am on blood thinners and also get  swollen feet and ankles and my legs look like yours. In fact if I knock myself anywhere I get blood spots. Anytime I sit I elevate my legs and put Vaseline on them to prevent leaking and bleeding. Tried compression socks but that just moved the problem upwards. Yes age thins the skin and increases circulation problems especially if you have heart problems.

one op suggests not to wear tight clothing but suggests compression socks , i have the same on my right foot and leg so bought the socks and they are extremely tight , i have a long flight in a couple of weeks

Go business class, I recommend Eva Air, the chair in your own cube levels out into a 2 meter long bed, better than socks.

If people say it is expensive then we have to decide how much health is worth.

But the photo in the OP isn't purpura.

I can see blood pooling in the ankle which OP claims is symmetrical in both legs, so indicates a circulation problem or maybe diabetes.

You’re right.  I didn’t see the swollen ankles at first.  Now that you mentioned it, they do look puffy.  As you say, a different problem.
