This is a GOP/SCOTUS effort at gerrymandering.

 

It's called elections. That's how it works. 

 

Just about every gerrymandered black seat results in "superwhite" seats next door. 

 

It has the effect of creating racial monolithic districts which could be competitive if the districts were fairly drawn.

It hasn't occurred to you that redrawing will result in a surge of black and Hispanic voters into previously white gerrymander seats - helping the Dems
