I don't think it will work for us foreign Thai tax residents with tax treaties, as most tax treaties and that's it, are actually treaties based on two countries, not one way or more like our method only as it is always presented in the media here. Our method only doesn't work in treaties. Felt -

yesd you are correct, still under discussion - same as it was last year when they started talking about it...doesn't seem to have made much progress yet and now the govt might change in the near future without ever passing any legislation on this issue. -

I was giving private guitar lessons to three 12-year-olds. We were taking a break, and the subject of capital punishment came up - a topic being discussed at their school. They were dead set against it with the same typical arguments "We can't give life so we shouldn't take it" etc. Suddenly one of their toddler siblings came into the room. I asked them how they'd feel if someone broke in and shot their little brother dead. It was quite interesting to see the gears moving full speed ahead. The family of the victims will probably sleep better once justice is served. -

Incredible. Did you REALLY think that this is what this Topic is about??????? NO. It is NOT about what you think. Do you know the difference between talking, writing, reading, and listening? I think there is no point in talking to anyone with less than a genius IQ. TALKING, I said. This has ZERO to do with anyone here....really. ZERO.... It has more to do with hanging out with smart guys, just to be entertained.... In the REAL world, and NOT in the virtual world. Here is why: How much time is wasted with those who have a sub-Genius IQ? Answer: A huge amount of time. Just trying to explain anything to sub-Geniuses uses up too much of one's time. You say it once. They say...what? You say it again.... They say....what? Who has time for this...in the Real World.....? I have plenty of time in the virtual world, because there is nobody asking me.....WHAT? This is also the difference between reading a book, an scholarly article, a short story by Cheever....and.... Talking to somebody.... When reading, you can skim, or skip, which is not a waste of time. When listening to the radio, like NPR, you gots to wade through the drivel, linearly. This takes a huge amount of time, and most of it is wasted. SO, Sir, now you have finally grasped the true MEANING of this important Topic. Good....!!!!
