 When i was a kid there was a nutter in our street in liverpool called Dave Harris,  a skinhead, and the first guy I ever saw  with a tattoo on his face, on his forehead to be precise  "LFC"    he did it himself with a mirror,lol,  he was not the sharpest pencil in the box , so you can imagine how it turned out, nobody dared tell him though and I guess every time he looked in the mirror he was pleased with his efforts  eventually he grew a fringe , I always wonder what became of him

New Orleans for jazz but both are in Trumpistan and nobody is going there this year. Jazz is good though. Saxophone Pub in Bangkok might work.
