Well, I think Trump had it right to apply pressure on both to try and end the war.

 

Clearly the US should not be supporting Ukraine, but if America can  do something to help end the war, then that would be the right thing to do.

Unfortunately too many of us do. I can still remember that when President Trump reversed himself on H-1B visas, how too many MAGA supporters here reversed with him. The same goes for when he said he was going to spare illegals working in the agricultural, hotel, and restaurant industries. They backed that reversal, too. Now he's going after Russia and not a peep out of those who bitterly opposed the Biden administration's support of Ukraine.
