What Palestinians in Gaza have been found guilty of, or even charged with war crimes? 🙂 Where and when were they convicted or war crimes, let alone charged? 🙂 That's what they do. Hence the international warrants for Israeli jews on charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity. 🙂 -

Petchaburi, Dept. Land Transport, 5 year driver's license.
I've had two five year licenses first from the DLT at Pran Buri and then from Petchaburi. I prefer Petchaburi. I may be late getting renewal on my birthday. I'm told you have up to one year to renew your license. If expired you can get a license for six years. Five years ago I got a medical certificate stating that I did not abuse drugs and was in relatively good health. At the DLT I was told this was not needed. I will be 76 years old, good eyesight, no medical condition such as epilepsy, narcolepsy, etc.; and good reflexes. Anyone here having used the DLT in Petchaburi in recent months is welcome to comment. I recall a high flight of stairs that 'proves' your leg muscles are OK. -
