In 9 years returned about 8 items out of more than 150, never a problem. Lastest one last week, they said Flash, they picked it up but the site stuck on return pending. Used chat today to explain it was picked up but no refund. She says will sort it out. Later get an email saying they will pick it up tomorrow! More emails telling them thats not possible as they already did, but they stick with flash will collect tomorrow. Phone up, talk to a girl who says she understands will look into it and call back, she does not. Another email implying we gave it to the wrong courier and we have to get in touch with them get it sent back to us then arrange another pick up. They wanted a video or pic of the man who picked it up, but who does that? we do have a receipt he gave us. Poor customer service as they want us to sort it out. How can you give a return to the wrong courier they send?

Might do next time, mrs rang the man who collected it, not Flash, who said he would sort it out and ring back, not yet!

My experience with the Lazada customer service: 5 star !

Don't know what is going on, we are getting all sorts of problems with the delivery companies used by Lazada,. Both Flash and LEX have been telling porkies, saying that they had delivered about 3 different orders (paid on a card up front...big mistake!)  when in fact they had been delivering them to some other address. So, the easy way to fix that one is to make sure everything is COD.

 

I have a feeling that Lazada has cut their delivery payments to these companies, most of the drivers that have been delivering here over the past 8 or more years used to run pick ups, now, every single driver is on a moped.

 

I have shopped with Lazada and Shopee for years, and it has never been as bad as it is just now.

It has all become pure annoyance, last week I was able to return another product to Lazada that did not match the description, refused on 2 occasions, eventually paid back down that stupid wallet.
Placed another order yesterday thinking of using the wallet for that.
But that just doesn't work, first a copy of your passport, then face recognition via your mobile, and then you think, it's done...forget it, another 24-hour wait for verification.
Terrible annoyance.

LEX has always been good, but I've had Flash deliver to the wrong address three times. It must be their GPS because it's always at the same location. The picture they take of the deliver has GPS coordinates which really helps.

The driver has always been able to go back the next day and get the package and deliver it.

Over many years I've had excellent service from Lazada, all on a COD basis. I've never experienced anything remotely similar to the poster's complicated experience.

I take any returns to Kerry, face-to-face.

 

It seems the Flash courier who picked it up didn't scan it. In this case, you'll need to process it with Flash, not Lazada. Lazada can't verify whether it was picked up or not if it wasn't scanned. Can't you check your Lazada account to see which courier and phone number picked it up? Then you'll need to contact Flash directly to clarify.

Or mail your recipe to Flash after you conected them.

Neither had I over 9 years and 150 orders, your time might be next

Never had a problem with Lazada picking up a package I was returning. Only did that twice though over the last (8 years ?).

Had a problem once when I took a return - with all the proper paperwork - to the drop off I was told to go to - and they wanted to charge me 100 baht to "return it" to Lazada ! 
I gave up trying to argue with them and gave them the 100 baht and then reported them to Lazada. (Never got the 100 baht back but I did get my refund.)

Other than that - it's been all great service from Lazada.

Lazada customer service sucks. I've given up shopping with Lazada and have gone over to Shopee. Shopee always take of photo of the delivery. Although, Shopee does not seem to have a customer service number to speak with someone. Any items over 1000 baht I pay COD. In 2 years only return a couple of items and those transactions when smoothly.

Um.. this is where I live! The address is correct (I should know!) and I have received multiple packages from other companies directly, as well as Lazada - and even bank cards! I am a bit of a loss (and incresibly cross!)

Probably a 200 Baht charge for bogus wrong address. They also have a charge for Residential Addresses or something of the like.
