According to details in Nation Thailand Among locations mentioned were Bangkok and Nonthaburi, including specific police / administrative areas like Phaya Thai, Chana Songkhram, Samae Dam, Rattanathibet.

As I said from day one. The former FAKE Health Minister was a total fraud with zero powers to do ANYTHING ! Hopefully those stores closed will file a lawsuit and his name Dr. Fake Health Minister will be dealt with. This was all caused by Thailand's  #1 criminal who is finally serving some time in a cell in Bangkok. The war with Cambodia and all your issues  with banks and visas. Guess who? Every time big flat face shows up foreigners have problems along with the Thais dumb enough who voted for that family over and over again.

Can somebody verify if this is genuine?

As said before, It's not only me, most thais are fed up with the pot smoking tourists and Foreigners, as well the industry without enforced regulations and its intentions.

It is not difficult, but if you do not want to understand logic, then I can't help

It is your logic which obviously does not work on this topic with this audience. I think we all know what your views are so why do you feel the need to keep telling us?. hen you do it ends up in arguments and silliness. Why not keep up  the good work on your travel threads instead on even bothering with something that bothers you so?

logic is essential if you want to understand why Thai people do not want ganja tourism. Christ sake not that hard is it. Have to defend my opinion, and also defend why I reply to a reply 😄

Talking about shooting the messenger 👏 Not my fault you guys gets so upset about how this liberation of weed intentionally was supposed to be. No of you admit that yet

My hunch it is fake and myself plan to ignore the FAKE Health Minister. Besides his A$$ is Grass already . So why is anyone even paying attention to the idiot?

Thanks.  I went through the documents at https://ratchakitcha.soc.go.th/ for 10 September & it is not posted there.

There was never any law passed making pot illegal therefore ignore anything you see posted from that clown who has ZERO power to change anything and never did. All those shops closed down and harassed need to join together and file lawsuits.

You have no logic at all as your premise is false. Thai people do not want ganja tourism is pure BS. Stop it. You just pulled that up because it sounds good. Thai's have used weed for years. When first coming here in 1978 I was offered it in BKK, Hadyai, Chaing Mai, Isaan, Phuket and Samui. I saw locals growing it in all those places

There is one, yes one Thai word in the dictionary.  BONG, BONG.  😂

Be sad to have to put you on ignore as I said I enjoy your travel threads.

How ignorant of you,

I have thai family who travels when they can, and we have travelled them in their Neighborhood in Trat, and saying Thais do not travel where there is tourist is BS, but as said many times on this forum, who of you guys want to travel where the majority of the tourists is Russian, Chinese or Indian? Same for Thais who finds us as much annoying as we do of the groups above.

Again ignorance at its best,

Most Thais support the plans to relist marijuana as an illegal drug but have mixed opinions over its benefits, according to an opinion survey by Nida Poll.

The poll was conducted by the National Institute of Development Administration on May 14-15 on 1,310 people aged 15 and over of various levels of education and occupations throughout the country to gauge their opinions on whether they view cannabis as a narcotic. The answers varied as follows:

53.74% said cannabis is an illicit narcotic but admitted it has medical benefits
33.59% a narcotic and has no benefits at all
11.60% not an illegal drug
1.07% not sure

Asked what they think about the government's plans to relist marijuana as an illegal narcotic, the answers were as follows:

60.38% absolutely agreed
15.27% moderately agreed
14.50% absolutely disagreed
8.93% moderately disagreed
0.92% did not know or were not interested

go away and take your "polls" ( of 1310 people :cheesy:)  and "links " to where there is no sun

Single minded ain’t you

just get off your clouded sky, and honestly I have no idea why you gets so touchy, if you do not smoke in public, why bother? There is reasons why Thais do not want it, and I give you some. I couldn’t care less about you and yours, and if I want to smoke, there is no difference for me if its legal or not, it have always been available, and no change in that matter if that is so important to you and also very little risk as well before and now. The only difference now you see and smell it places it never was visually seen before because of ignorant pot tourists who suddenly thinks it is legal in public.

Is it so hard to understand 😄 You guys think Im angry, but Im not, just telling you there is consequences for being stupid.

Just grow up

You really do have a little A hole in you dont you? Always having the last word.  Your survey is as bad as your logic. How many participants, from where and more?

You guys trying to silence my opinion, and seriously who is keeping this tread alive attacking my option, my experiences and also what have been discussed in thai media since before they released the idea of legalizing weed for medical use in a chaotic way leading up to what we have experienced until today. I said it from beginning this will not last, but nobody took it seriously, not the users, not the ones in the business. Everybody wanted a piece of the cake, and now everyone complaining they loosing their investment. Want to say told you so, but it is like talking to a wall.

Again there is no logic to find anywhere. Not among the politicians, not by those who tried to make a living, and not by the users.

You can blaim me for my opinions or put the blaim where it belongs
