No, I’ve been reduced to relying on the facts of the Jury verdict.

You know the facts asl acquittal you struggle to accept.

Oh stop with your silly "I haven't seen it and refuse to watch it" nonsense. 😄

I have no problem with you exposing your lack of arguments by resorting to school bike shed taunts.

I wasn't arguing anything.

I was advising you to take 2 Deludamol and have a lie down

Too bad you don't understand the difference.

To some, everything is about Trump.  Even when their laundry comes out wrong, it's Trump's fault.

No clue in these cases.  Just in general, I don't believe that a jury trial guarantees a just outcome.  It's a good system, but not infallible.

Agree it’s fallible, but I don’t know of any better alternative and there are many that are worse.

Incidentally, had the jury passed down a guilty verdict I would have accepted that too.

Had Connolly pled innocent and therefore been tried before a Jury I would have accepted that Jury’s verdict.

Self stroked grievance in the face of actual court records is a thing for some,  it’s just not my thing.

Ahh Jonny, always the bastion of free speach. For those that are not fully aware of what Lucy Connolly actually tweeted, let me enlighten you; '“Mass deportation now, set fire to all the f****** hotels full of the b******* for all I care… if that makes me racist so be it.”  This was retweeted 310,000 times before it was deleted.

"for all I care".

"You can go the moon for all I care". Am I inciting space travel?

"I'm having half a ginger ale, if that makes me an alcoholic so be it".  Does that make me an alcoholic?

Now, compare that to...

You're defense of the 2 tier justice (which is there for all to see) is frankly pathetic. Now be a good little apologist and jog on...

Sorry for pointing out the evolution of your confessed assumption into a claimed certainty.

It’s a remarkable thing to observe.

But your arguments above (and many others over the recent past) start with the premise that being found guilty or innocent by a jury is proof of guilt or innocence.  It's not.

It's proof that 12 carefully selected people, given carefully selected evidence and a set of cleverly crafted instructions, decided something.  Not that what they decided is necessarily true...

Ahh Jonny, Jonny, always with the strawman nonsense.

Does posting 'You can go the moon for all I care" or '"I'm having half a ginger ale, if that makes me an alcoholic so be it" cause a problem with national security, an issue with public safety or preventing crime and disorder? The answer is obviously no so it DOESN't breach the law. Lucy Connolly posting 'set fire to all the f****** hotels full of the b******* for all I care… CLEARLY did, hence why she was jailed.

I'm not getting into your whataboutism debate about someone unrelated to this post. As Chompor has clearly stated, the guy pleaded not guilty and was found not guilty by a jury of his peers. Lucy Connolly pleaded guilty and got what she deserved. End of.

You (deliberately) missed the point. 😃

She wasn't inciting anything. She was stating she didn't care if someone else did something.

If you want incitement you'll need to refer to Ricky Jones.

So stating 'set fire to all the f****** hotels full of the b*******' isn't in your opinion 'inciting anything'? Well I'm afraid the UK justice system doesn't agree with you (twice in fact) so it really doesn't matter what you think.

You're missing the "for all I care" part. You can't only quote half the sentence 😃.

What do YOU think about Ricky Jones? Do you think this is incitement? Or are you taking the cowards route as well?

My thoughts are there’s nothing to see here.

Connolly confessed her crime and served  her sentence, that was upheld on appeal.

Jones was tried in open court before a jury, he was acquitted.

There’s no evidence of their judges being partisan or of ‘wonky instructions’ being given to a jury.

There’s lots of evidence of sullen grievance stoking.

I think those stoking grievance in the face of facts that are counter to the claims they make ought to come to terms with the reality.

Ok, let me give you a VERY obvious example of why you are wrong. Now hopefully the mods will allow is this as I am ONLy trying to demonstrate a point and of course I don't actually mean this;

“Let's stop JonnyF now, set fire to his f****** house and kill the b******* for all I care… if that makes me a JonnF hater then so be it.”

Honestly now Jonny, even though I use the phrase 'for all I care' do you feel any less threatened?

My argument has nothing to do with a video that you assume I’ve seen but moments later are certain I’ve seen.

Court records Jonny!

Lord Ali, Larry Fink and Bill Gates.

Think he is not a puppet ?

How does a Human Rights Lawyer, become the.

1. Director of Public Prosecutions.

2. Head of the Criminal Prosecution Service.

A normal person might expect the head of these lofty positions to go to someone, who was highly qualified, highly skilled and highly experienced in Prosecutions.

I don't feel the least bit threatened.

I see you, like Chomps, are avoiding my question. I will ask again.

Do you think this is incitement to violence?
