Overpricing 1 omelette is much less than the billions that Thaksin and his family have not paid on taxes for the Thaicom satellite many years ago....and the damage he does for this country by making troubles with Hun Sen and for which people at the Cambodian/Thai border are the victims

Based on evidence and not political agenda or bias the court decision was correct.

One has to ask why the prosecution failed to produce the obvious as evidence. It makes prosecution more of a political smear than a justified nonpolitical crime.
