No, why? He is a cardiologist. I get enough sun exposure for my D levels btw.

The poster I was responding to is notorious here for his ignorance. Looks like you are joining him.

Given what I've experienced in our last few exchanges, I'd say you should start looking for ignorance closer to home.

I dont need to look for it. Your posts are right there.

Today being Sunday I shall be treating myself to a traditional Sunday lunch.

2 fried eggs, some bacon (since I got some 2 for 1 in BigC on Thursday) and a homemade bread roll fried to put the eggs on.

Well it is traditional for me anyway, and a once a week treat, though only when I have the bacon.

Given Jr.'s beliefs and the responses from doctors, instead of RFK Jr Announces All Doctors Must Learn Proper Nutrition maybe the topic should be called Doctors Say RFK Must Learn Proper Nutrition.

RFK Jr's education is in the law.

following his medical advice is like taking advice from the strong guy at the gym.

No one is forcing you to take RFK's nutritional advice.

It's not a dictatorship.

He's allowed to express opinions on health matters, like anyone else. You're allowed to start a Youtube channel and express opinions on health. You don't need any degrees.

Regarding the "beef tallow", it's being debated on Youtube channels.

You can watch some videos and make up your own mind.

Or just keep eating whatever you're eating.

It's a good thing that RFK Jr. isn't the Secretary of the Dept. of Health. Because if were, he might be doing foolish things. Like canceling MRNA research. Or stifling the input of actual scientists into public health matters and touting nonsense instead...
