I might go to Spain but most countries not interested.

I'd definitely buy a villa in Mallorca, one in Lake Como, a chalet in Austria, a ranch in Colorado or Wyoming, a condo in Rio de Janeiro and a vila in Bali, a condo in Hoi An, Tokyo and Shanghai and Seoul. Then I'd buy farm land in Chiang Mai, a condo in Bangkok and one in  Ko Samui.

I'd split my time in Thailand/SE Asia, Med, US and SAmerica.

Plus I'd charter a yacht to see if I may want to buy one and cruise SE Asia in a sea vessel.

  • Well, Donald Trump married one, so you might have a point there?

  • Just the opposite.  Most I know the girl controls everything due to the guy weak insecurity mostly Simps, with some exceptions of course.

  • Which raises the issue, "what is control" really? I had a girl who would at first text me every day every hour, every half hour even. But after a while of course texting gets old, even phone calls get

Headache to manage it all. Id just stay in hotels and have one unit in CM.

It certainly would be, but you could hire people then to take care of management. You have 300 million.

I forgot, I'd probably have to buy a villa in Prague and/or Hungary. Or maybe Vienna, more civilized.

I guess so but hiring people be a hassle. Hotels do it all for u. One month Chang, one month Kood, one month Samui etc.

I do like hotels. But that can also be a hassle. Noise complaints, wrong room, bad internet, booked full.

Any option has some hassles.

Thing is I've done the living out of the suitcase thing, it gets tired after a year. The advantage with properties you own is that you can customise them exactly how you like them, have your things there etc.

Why would you continue to live in a polluted city if your were rich?

Cause i like it

Initially you'd have to travel of course. You'd have to do the rail all across China, Japan and Seoul thing, even do a trip all cross the US and Europe.

Then do the yachting in SE Asia.

Every city is polluted. I'd still be based in CM probably.

CM has lots of flights to other places so you can get away easy.

Yes, plus it's the total sweetspot in terms of livability, traffic, restaurants, malls, massages and still ultra relaxed, yet not seedy. Great base.

Obviously you'd just leave in burning season.

Great drives, great food. Most farangs are decent there. Ok pubs. Great walking.

Only bad for a few months fly to beaches then come back.

Yes, really good driving, super food, parks and you can fly to BKK, Phuket direct.

Where in Thailand could you be tempted to have a permanent base as well?

I like Hua Hin too so maybe a condo there.

So about 2 weeks each place then, not considering you need 40 travelling days between all the destinations and a few layovers here and there + the jet legs involved.

That's a hell of a life you choose

And dealing with all the plebs at breakfast.

Private villas with staff much nicer

300 million USD ?

I would had a small farm in north of Norway with fish and hunting rights, and our place in Isaan as it is, and not much would change actually, except travelling 1. Class, higher class Hotels when we travel, higher quality food from chosen distributors, wine, cheese, off season fruits,

And also add a few more exclusive destinations for more experiences

Well, let's see,  You'd split winter in two parts, so you get the best time in SE Asia, and can also do some skiing in Austria. Summer would have to be Europe, so Mallorca, Vienna/Hungary/Prague, Lake Como, and also Colorado or Wyoming, Spring would be split between Brazil and Tokyo/Shanghai/ Seoul and fall would be SE Asia and Tokyo/Shanghai/Seoul....

Wow that is a lot of travelling. You're right.

Yes, I think 300 million USD is reasonable with the Powerball jackpot now at 1.3 billion USD, so you'd get a lump sum of about 300 milllion after Tax.

With that kind of money you would explore more destinations for sure.Isaan and Norway, okay, but you don't want to die of boredom either.

Not much skiing for most the older you get! Haven't got ski or snowboard on my feet the last 8 years, after I figured out planet earth is not made of rubber, and my skills started to fade away.

Not fun when you used to be on a high level, just skiing to ski.

I would enjoy a few cross country mountain skiing those, just for the nature experience

Afrika, south Amerika, Mongolia, and I have been travelling in China quite a bit, but more to see and experience. I would love to go to Iran if it was not such a hassle with the politics

Do you proofread your posts? You should. Maybe slow down your rapid posting as of late. This post makes no sense at all. In fact it sound remarkably similar to something your hero Donald Trump would shout out at the press.

I have never even met a bar-girl who is

Both a sociopath AND a narcissist.

I never saw a Purple Cow,

I never hope to see her;

But I can tell you, anyhow,

I'd rather see than by her.

Wow, that's quite an admission for a Norwegian. I'm a little disappointed.

Ah okay, I see what you mean, yah, it's like if I were to play basketball now, it'd just be depressing because I wouldn't be able to compete with the 20 year olds. There's that I guess. But skiing I'd just do for fun.

Skiing is more the experience for me, the resort, the snow, I don't even have to hit the black piste, it's just for fun.

I guess when you have 300 million you'd have to pick up the rich hobbies, yachting, horse riding, skiing, women...

Not much would change actually, the gym and other daily routines is quite satisfying, and more travelling adds a bit more disturbance to what I find comfortable, but it helps with hotels with good gym facilities and good healthy food available, so with more money available it would ease the hassle travelling

So you wouldn't buy any additional base properties? You'd also just stay in hotels?

Do you think with all that money you would turn into a narcissist? Sociopath?

Do you think you're off topic a little?

You have been quite hostile the last few days, and you seems to be a tod personal with your negativity against me
