This morning, as reported by CNN, over 1,000 employees of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services wrote an open letter to Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Members of the 119th U.S. Congress.

In order to “save HHS,” they contend, it’s time for Kennedy to resign.

The letter argues that RFK, Jr.’s leadership has “put the health of all Americans at risk.”

I’d like ask the 1040 signatories to explain exactly which aspects of America’s so-called “health” RFK, Jr. is risking.

image.png.bfeaa02fce64f876cca68310f9a7ec28.png

Might it be the fact that we have the highest maternal mortality rate of any country in the industrialized world?

Or is RFK, Jr. jeopardizing our ignominiously high infant mortality rates?

Perhaps they’re concerned that he’s putting the astronomical rates of autism among America’s children at risk? The current rate, based on government data, is some 1 in 31 (3.2% of 8-year-olds)

Wait, wait. I know. The unhappy HHS employees fear that Kennedy is risking the fact that at least 45 percent of America’s are suffering from a chronic disease!

That must be their main worry.

After all, we wouldn’t want children to stop suffering from the terrible asthma, depression, diabetes, early onset menstruation, eczema, inactivity, loneliness, physical limitations, obesity, or trouble sleeping—all of which have been increasing over the last ten years—now would we?

Nah. That’s not it.

It must be the colon cancer and the fact that rates of colorectal cancers have tripled in teens in the last 20 years that they don’t want to change.

Or is it the suicidal ideation and the rise in suicides in America that they don’t want curtailed?

These white-coats have doubled down. Maybe, as a compromised, get-together, group, they think they must muddy the waters, and make as big a stink as possible, as they believe they are soon gonna be history. Every person putting their name to the letter has to be exposed. The American people deserve better than this shower. Deserve truth and transparency for starters. From institutions that are 'supposedly' there to ensure the US citizens are healthy; and stay healthy. These actions by Kennedy haven't come soon enough.

The US health system is an absolute Joke. The 'system' has put the sacred dollar before the nation's health. It has put make-believe white-coat pseudo-science before nature. This, pill for every ill. This, vax for every phantom virus,** has to be exposed and ended.

Good for Red to spell out the health problems in The States. Hopefully some of Kennedy's actions will rub off on other countries.

** They are not found in nature, but usually made in lab petri dishes, but increasingly 'discovered' in a computer.

There's a big difference between correctly pointing out the unhealthy aspects of U.S. society/population vs. endorsing or promoting the numerous whackjob conspiracy theories and debunked unscientific ideas espoused by RFK Jr.

The CDC stands behind things that have been proven to work -- vaccines to prevent/greatly reduce the risks of various diseases, don't smoke/stop smoking, eat a healthy diet, maintain a healthy weight, get periodic health checkups with your doctor to catch any problems in the early going, etc etc.

The fact that many Americans fail to follow those kinds of advice can't be blamed on the CDC, those though kinds of problems ARE related to a tobacco industry that continues to push smoking and nicotine products, an agribusiness sector that continues to use unhealthy pesticides, a fast-food industry that serves up lots of food filled with unhealthy calories, excess fat and excess salt, etc etc...

And guess what, apart from all his anti-vax nonsense, thus far, Kennedy has talked a lot but done little to actually tackle any of those health related problems above. His upcoming MAHA report, according to news reports in the past week, supposedly will do little about actually limiting or reducing agri pesticides, much to the chagrin of many of his "health' oriented backers and despite his big promises on that score in the past, he's cut back on funding for anti-smoking programs, and his recent announcements about limiting food colorings was a largely hollow, meaningless gesture.

At heart, the thing he really cases about is being an anti-vaxer, not just for COVID, but for many or all vaccines. And that's what makes him a danger, to public health in the U.S. and to the U.S. population at large.

As for the OP's Jennifer Margulis, well, she's a bit better than the typical OP source material:

"Jennifer Margulis is a home birth advocate and author. As is typical with many critics of modern medicine, she mixes legitimate criticism of things like over-treatment with conspiratorial thinking about how Big Medicine and Big Pharma are out to destroy you and your children in the name of profit. Throwing the baby out with the bathwater, as it were.

Unsurprisingly, she flirts with vaccine denial as well, not outright saying that vaccines are bad but just asking questions about how safe and necessary they are. In her own words, "I am not anti-vaccine, I am pro-questions."[1] She states she is "pro-vaccine" and that "vaccines work" but repeats many of the thoroughly-discredited claims thrown about by vaccine deniers: vaccines may cause autism, vaccine schedules recommend too many vaccines at once, vaccines are potentially harmful because they're not "natural", etc.[2]  [emphasis added]

...

She happens to be the daughter of biologist Lynn Margulis, who was Carl Sagan's first wife and proposed endosymbiotic theory…and was an HIV denialist and 9/11 truther. Guess it runs in the family."

The Worm Wot Ate My Brain..

Kennedy, meanwhile, is just an anti-vax shill who's willing to toss aside the other things he supposedly stands for:

"Kennedy had pledged to tackle pesticides used by farmers, especially the herbicide glyphosate, commonly known as Roundup. As an environmental lawyer in 2018, he had helped win a landmark judgment against Monsanto, now owned by Bayer, for a client who said Roundup caused his cancer.

Earlier this year, White House officials told Kennedy to stop talking about glyphosate, people familiar with the matter said. Since then, he has been mostly silent on the issue even as House Republicans proposed a provision that his allies say would essentially shield the pesticide’s maker from lawsuits.

...

“This is not the direction we wanted to go in,” said Zen Honeycutt, who recently signed a MAHA letter addressed to Trump. The letter, which claimed that Trump isn’t fulfilling his pledge to stand up for people who worry about pesticides in food, also was signed by top aides to Kennedy’s presidential campaign.

...

A much-anticipated MAHA action plan isn’t expected to include new restrictions on pesticides, despite calls from activists and Kennedy’s own campaign promises, according to a draft reviewed by The Wall Street Journal. That would be a win for agriculture groups that backed Trump’s campaign."

Meanwhile, a litany of Kennedy's actual real lunacies:

"... Robert F. Kennedy Jr. offers several clues that he is not from this world. For example, he doesn’t believe in the germ theory—that bacteria or viruses cause specific diseases. He believes that no vaccine is beneficial, that HIV is not the cause of AIDS, that unpasteurized milk is safe, that he and his family can swim safely in bacteria-infested creeks, and that natural measles infection prevents cancer, heart disease, and autoimmune disease. Measles infections should be embraced, argues Kennedy, not feared. No one from this planet—or at least no one who has lived here within the past 150 years—could possibly believe these things to be true.

RFK Jr. is laser-focused on making vaccines less available, less affordable, and more feared. During the past year, for the first time in twenty years, two healthy children died from measles. Also, 266 children died from influenza, more than anything we’ve experienced since the 2009 swine flu pandemic. And ten children have died this year from pertussis; the previous year, two children died. This will only get worse."

Another good recent article on how Kennedy's misc. supposed health issues advocacy is really just a stalking horse for his anti-vax agenda:

The Warped Secret to RFK’s Success

"Whether the product of an evidence-defying belief system, demagoguery, or a mix of both, the HHS secretary is using near-universal anger at the failed American health care system to turn us against the dedicated, skilled front-line care providers, while protecting those who control the industry and its obscene profits.

...

Kennedy holds his job despite his evisceration of funds and expertise at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and National Institutes of Health and his cutback of approvals for COVID vaccines that clearly work, which will likely mean they are not covered by insurance if they are allowed at all. And he continues to use the powerful megaphone Trump has given him to make preposterous statements and policies on issues ranging from measles to fluoride in drinking water (which he has called “industrial waste”).

...

Yes, some of those who approve [of Kennedy] probably support his un-kooky advocacy against food additives and junk food and in favor of exercise. Still, he has managed to unite the most unassailable physicians’ groups, expert scientists, and public health officials of both parties in sounding the alarm that he is destroying health care in the United States.

...

In short, with his MAHA attacks, Kennedy is exploiting popular anger over what’s awful about the American healthcare system to vilify the people and destroy the programs that are the only star performers and remaining safeguards in that system. Meantime, the MAGA/MAHA base, so many of whom are likely to end up being the victims of Kennedy’s dangerous tenure, gets its red meat. And the real establishment responsible for that anger remains protected."

RFK Jr. can talk all he wants, oftentimes with nonsense. But his actions speak louder than his words.

RFK Jr. is shrinking the agency that works on mental illness and addiction

June 6, 2025

"The country's main mental health agency, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Administration, commonly known as SAMHSA, is in the process of being dissolved. It has lost more than a third of its staff of about 900 this year as part of recent reductions in the federal workforce. President Trump's budget bill cuts $1 billion from the agency's operating budget, and its mission is being folded into a new entity shaped by Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
...
In March, Kennedy and the Department of Health and Human Services announced that SAMHSA, and other divisions, would be combined into a new entity called the Administration for a Healthy America, or AHA.
...

Elsewhere in the country, too, state agencies and providers that rely on SAMHSA funding and technical support are feeling isolated, lost and reluctant to reach out to the federal staff left at the agency, says Dr. Eric Rafla-Yuan, a psychiatrist in San Diego, Calif.

"Often their contacts have been fired, the contacts go unanswered. You sort of have the sense across a lot of the health agencies that you're just on your own," says Rafla-Yuan, who also works with the California Office of Emergency services, co-chairing a group to ensure equitable access to 988."

Kennedy’s Defunding of Public Cancer Research Threatens Lives & Future Cancer Treatment & Prevention

July 27, 2025

...

"Without publicly funded early-stage research investment, the pipeline for future breakthroughs will atrophy. Unfortunately, that’s exactly the path the U.S. has been on for the last 6 months.

Kennedy has already slashed NIH & NCI research by an astonishing 35%, and he’s just getting started with his cuts. He has executed mass cancellations of numerous contracts & ended hundreds of research projects (over 800) and layed off ~2,500 NIH researchers.

...

In federal fiscal year 2025 Congress appropriated $7.22 billion to the National Cancer Institute, the same level as FY 2024. Secretary Kennedy effectively cut a large portion of that cancer research funding with a freeze on NIH grant-making, delaying NCI awards to the tune of $1.5B. He ended over 240 NIH cancer-related grants, affecting approximately $355 million of NCI‑related research funds. He canceled more than $180M in NCI-specific grants during the first three months of 2025 alone."

Federal Health Data Pauses and Staff Cuts Will Harm American Mothers and Babies

June 12, 2025

...

"US Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy’s changes to the agency almost entirely eliminated the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Division of Reproductive Health, among other divisions.

These changes have disrupted the division’s longstanding programs and efforts that directly impact maternal and child health. Among them, the division’s data collection for the Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS), the CDC’s premier data source on experiences around the time of pregnancy, has been halted. Little is known about the reasons for the pause, and updates on the PRAMS website suggest there have also been delays for participating sites (states, localities, and territories) in receiving expected data releases.

These data not only helped researchers and public health officials learn whether prevention efforts were working, but they were also used to strategically allocate resources to the populations in most need. This loss of public health staff and data will keep clinicians and policymakers from being able to improve maternal and infant health and will inevitably lead to increases in maternal and infant deaths, teen pregnancies, postpartum depression, and infertility. That Weiler guy's a fraud.

Kennedy knows viruses aren't real, germ theory is "just a theory", and miasmas are the cause of the vapors.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has been associated with the miasma theory, which is an outdated belief that diseases are caused by "bad air" from decaying matter, rather than germs. His promotion of this theory has raised concerns among health experts about its implications for public health policy.https://external-content.duckduckgo.com/ip3/theweek.com.ico

Give @Red Phoenixsome credit for scraping the barrel for searching for so long to find somebody to rebut the facts. It must have been harder than actually reading and believing the facts.

I opened a new thread with a link to the very worthwhile full article written by that James Lyons-Weiler, PhD 'fraud'.

I really don't have to 'scrape the barrel', as the amount of worthwhile articles/studies on mRNA and Vaccine-harm, to point interested AN members to, is currently so overwhelming that it is difficult for me to make a choice what to post.

This because I do not want to tsunami this sub-forum, like 'our friend' the Masked Bulldog is doing.

What happened?

Run out of chiropractors?

I think Trump should resign before.

The article by Jennifer Margulis, which is the subject of this thread, provides an overview of 'inconvenient' medical facts.  Looks like you didn't read that short overview, so I repost it here for you:

>>

>>

And NONE of the commenters on this thread, provided any evidence of the contrary...  They are only bleating that RFK jr is endangering the health of the nation by starting this much needed overhaul to the non-performing bureaucratic CDC-monster under whose watch as good as all indicators of public health have gone down.

Paul Offit is a professor of pediatrics at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, co-inventor of a rotavirus vaccine, and author of "Tell Me When Its Over." He's also a member of the FDA advisory panel on vaccines.

White-coat Paul, epitomises everything that was/is wrong with the anti-nature latchicoes deciding public health in the US. Fortunately he is off the FDA list.

As for being the inventor of a rotavirus vaccine. 'Inventor' is the right word. 'Imagined' would be even better. Too much of this finding stuff in a computer programme.

I reckon he believes, that viruses in a computer, are to be found in nature. Anyway he is gone now. Not before time.
