This is true of course, and the preonderance of testosterone among blacks no doubt predisposes them to violent crime. However, clearly such a heinous stabbing was a one-off madmen. You can't extrapoiate to a whole race from an outlier act like this.

 

It would be the same as someone saying each time a white guy shoots 10 people, there's something inherent in the white race that disposes them towards being killers. Obviously that's not the case, it's just a mad dog. Same here.

We have a right to use public transport without being butchered in our seats. We have a right to safe communities, where violent animals are rounded up and caged. This is not just a local crime.

It’s a civil rights issue.

There are thousands of them in prison and running wild on the streets. A bad early life does not necessarily lead to criminality, but virtually all criminals have a bad early life.

 

Edit: I have just read the NY Post story cited above and unquestionably believe that the dude has mental issues.

I’ve read about this case too, and I hope there’s an investigation into how the authorities handled monitoring someone with  a extensive history of crime.
