Any morning is a great morning for it 👍

So, you add tomato juice to your beer, is this medicinal?

Sure, it must be much worse than drinking it in the evening. When do you figure nighttime workers drink? Are they all alcoholics?

Surely, you missed thinking before posting, right?

They have something like this in Mexico and call it at Michelada but it is often made with Clamato. I don't like the clam mixed in with the tomato juice so usually stayed away from it.

I have also tried a bloody beer like a bloody Mary but beer in place of vodka and is sometimes used as a hangover cure.

Hope you enjoy your beers no matter what time of day it happens to be.

Everyone thinks they are exceptional, even people who are very ordinary.

IME people who start drinking early don't stop. All night-time workers want to do when they come off shift is put their heads down, and get some sleep in broad daylight.

But I guess your day would not be complete without some asinine sniping.

My first grave yard shirt job I'd stop off for a tall boy for the drive home.

Just stop with replying about sniping and such stuff.

You should not assume a person, or people, are alcoholics just because they on occasion takes a couple of beers in the morning. Many people here do as they please, and what suits them. They/We don´t need somebody trying to shake out some stupid moral cakes. Drink your beer/wine/spirits whenever you wish and let others do as they want without putting a label on them.

Be careful now, so @Lacessit don´t come assume that you are a sex addict just because of that. 🤣

Years ago when I  worked my shift of 12 hours I finished a 0600. Then I would a a couple of knock drinks. Does that make me an alcoholic?

When I lived in Japan on Sundays I'd leave the city to visit a waterfall. Very common to see Japanese salary men walking with a beer at 9am.

Never been to the Eastern Goldfields in Western Australia then? The Boulder Block hotel catered for the miners knocking of from night shift.

As dad told me when he asked what was the sawdust on floor for, the publican replied " oh, that's last night's furniture".

Pretty rough town Kalgoorlie/ Boulder back in the day.

Back then or before when driving with friends, we most of the time had open beers including me the driver. It was just how we did things. And, no DUI's.

If you had to have those drinks every time, then yes.

Never been there. I did work in Port Hedland for 6 years, and it certainly had its share of alcoholics.

Drinking at the Esplanade Hotel had a special piquancy. It was right next to the town's sewage treatment plant, which overflowed periodically.

AFAIK having sex all day does not end up in liver failure and various cancers.

Let me know when you get to be a moderator. Then you can tell me what I can and can't post.

Nothing to do with morality. If you want to be an alcoholic, be my guest.
