This is normal if the appointment has already passed.

Reminders: 

- Please secure an appointment before visiting VFS.     

-There is no walk-in service for HMPO applicants and booking appointments is mandated for all applicants. 

-The timescale is currently published on GOV.UK for Thailand passport renewal is 4 weeks as suggested, though this is not guaranteed and could take longer.    

-If you are submitting your current British passport and Non-British passport, please bring the original and a full colour photocopy of the entire passport (every page including blank pages).
