Message TM 30 site that have to change password

Featured Replies

Every time when go to the TM 30 website I get a message to change password. I did it twice but the message remains coming. Login is not a problem yet. Anybody has the same?

There was another thread on this a few weeks ago. The new password you enter triggers an email to the email address the systme has on file. Is the email yours, or your landlord's? if the latter s/he must clik a link to confirm.

The email address is mine. I not saw an email came

They are suggesting you review your password, you do not have to change it.

Strange is that the meassage comes when open the website.

And....please update your password BEFORE logging in. (You have to login to update the password). Are there other people who get the same message?

Yes, all covered in the previous thread.  It was to ensure strong passwords are being used.

After you have changed the password once you can just close the reminder and log on.  If your password was strong enough originally (lower case, upper case, number and special character IIRC) you could just have closed it and carried on.

Poor programming putting the reminder up for everybody at every login, but that's what it is.
