Officers from Metropolitan Police Division 5 detained Mr. Wilson George Henry Allaway with the drugs, which were packed in bags and stored inside a large suitcase. Police and rescue workers were alerted to the scene opposite the landmark Ho Kaeo Mukdahan tower on the Mukdahan–Dontan Road.
