Have you tried Nissan at Cha-Am.

They always have a few used frontiers outside on the forecourt.

When I looked they only had new models but will look again

The Chevrolet garage has one on its forecourt, also the private sales place on the other side that has loads of pick-ups has one.

There are also many for sale as you enter Pranburi on the left.
